Our focus

WhyIDworks C.I.C is a UK-registered Community Interest Company empowering people to grow through identity, purpose and opportunity. We exist to strengthen confidence, unlock potential and create pathways for all individuals (including BAME people and adults) and communities to thrive.

At WhyIDworks we believe identity comes before purpose and that purpose is expressed through contribution. When people understand who they are, they show up with clarity, confidence and the ability to create meaningful impact in workplaces and communities.
