What we offer

WhyIDworks delivers identity-driven cohort programmes that equip individuals from diverse and marginalised backgrounds with the confidence, skills and direction needed to move into employment, training or entrepreneurship.
We are fortunate to be able to dedicate some funds to support orphans and vulnerable children, directly or in partnership.

WhyIDworks delivers identity-centred programmes that build confidence, purpose and contribution across diverse communities. Our approach is grounded in evidence that individuals who understand their identity are more likely to engage positively in education, employment and community life.
This leads to improved mental wellbeing, self awareness, self-confidence and sense of worth thus powering them to live and contribute positively to their communities. Crime and drug abuse is also curtailed through our identity-driven programmes thereby enhancing safety in our communities, lowering unemployment rates while enhancing productivity.
